To update multiple tasks:

1. Click the Filters -> List tab.
2. Choose an existing filter or create a new one.
3. Click the Filters -> Edit tab.
4. Check the Bulk Processing Tool setting.
5. Click the Save button.
6. Click the Subtasks tab.
7. Use your filter to show task list.
8. Fill-in message properties for the tasks. To add a message using the Bulk Processing Tool you should specify non-empty Description for it.
9. Click the Save button.
