Defining Task Priorities

The following topic describes how to define available task priorities.

To define available task priorities:
  1. Click the Current Task -> Workflows... menu item.
  2. Select a workflow from the list.
  3. Click the Priorities tab.
  4. Expand the Create a Priority pulldown.
  5. Fill in priority parameters.
  6. Click the Create a Priority button.

  • Use priorities to specify the importance of the task.
  • To set or change the priority of a task, edit it or add a message.
