The following topic describes how to define available task priorities.
Description
To define available task priorities:
Click the
Current Task -> Workflows...
menu item.
Select a workflow from the list.
Click the
Priorities
tab.
Expand the
Create a Priority
pulldown.
Fill in priority parameters.
Click the
Create a Priority
button.
Notes
Use priorities to specify the importance of the task.
To set or change the priority of a task, edit it or add a message.
