To find a user account by properties:

1. Click the Filters -> List tab in User Management mode.
2. Create a new filter or choose an existing one.
3. Click the Filter -> Edit tab.
4. Fill in user search conditions.
5. Click the Save button.
6. Click the List of Users tab.
7. Select the filter.
